Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver basic patient care including toileting, bathing, linens, hydration, ambulation and comfort.
• Report and document patient care findings promptly; escalate changes in condition.
• Monitor patients and assist on telemetry duties as required by the unit.
• Transport medications to the RN as needed on clinical units.
• Collaborate with RNs and the care team to ensure quality patient care.
• May perform health unit coordinator tasks (phones, orders, unit records, supplies).
