Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required in state of practice.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers required.
• Demonstrated basic computer literacy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care including toileting, bathing, linen changes, hydration, and comfort.
• Document patient care findings and data timely.
• Monitor patient condition and escalate as needed.
• Assist with unit coordination tasks as needed and as delegated.
• Collaborate with RN and health care team to support optimal patient care.
