Intermountain Health Logan Regional Hospital seeks a Patient Care Technician to support the patient care team in a hospital setting. You will perform focused patient care tasks under supervision, document findings, and assist with unit coordination as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and effective communication, with full-time and part-time schedules available. Prior CNA experience is preferred, and there is potential to cover multiple units within Intermountain Health.

Competenze

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated basic computer literacy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CNA certification must be obtained within 120 days of hire.

Mansioni

• Provide basic patient care (toileting, bathing, linen changes, feeding, mobility) with excellent service.
• Record and report patient data in a timely manner.
• Notice changes in patient condition and call for assistance as needed.
• Assist with telemetry duties and coordinate with the care team.
• Transport medications to the RN and support health unit coordination as required.
• Collaborate with RNs and team to ensure quality patient care.
