Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• CCHT certification only for dialysis unit.
• No prior experience required; may enroll in NGHS Academy for non-certified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and report basic patient data (vital signs, weight, urine/stool).
• Assist with patient mobility, positioning, ADLs, and comfort.
• Monitor intake/output and document findings.
• Identify and report changes to licensed staff promptly.
• Assist with patient transport and unit duties as needed.
