Boston Medical Center (BMC) is hiring a Patient Care Technician for the 5W Teaching and Innovations Unit. You will work under RN supervision, delivering direct patient care and supportive services in a fast-paced Critical Care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Perform delegated patient care interventions in the Critical Care unit.
• Provide clinical services: vital signs, bathing, feeding, wound care, hygiene, room/linen care, emotional support.
• Maintain safe, clean, and well-equipped care environments in the Critical Care unit.
• Support efficient operations and contribute to quality patient/family outcomes.

Connaissances

BLS/CPR certified

Clinical competency testing

Physical ability

Math & computer skills

PCT experience or nursing program

Language skills a plus

Formation
