Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs patient care-related duties and clinical tasks including vital signs, EKGs, bathing, and assisting with ambulation.
• Documents height, intake/output, and vital signs in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Assists with admitting and discharging patients and supports orientation of new staff.
• Keeps patient rooms stocked, clean, and ready; transports equipment as needed.
