Mass General Brigham in Boston is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Patient Care Technician to assist patients with activities of daily living in a high‑quality hospital setting.

Under the direction of licensed personnel, you will take vital signs, document care, support hygiene, reposition patients, and report health concerns to nurses. Evening shift; onsite; 40 hours per week; competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Certification as CNA, PCT, MA, EMT or commensurate experience required.
• Nursing student with fundamentals of nursing and clinical experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual skills are preferred; knowledge of medical terminology is expected.
• Prior clinical experience is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Perform vital signs, weights/heights, intakes and outputs with accuracy.
• Complete documentation in the medical record as required.
• Interact with patients and families in an empathetic and effective manner.
• Assist with activities of daily living including hygiene and feeding as needed.
• Help with turning, repositioning, and moving patients between bed and wheelchair.
• Observe health concerns and report them to the nurses.
