Qualifications

• 0–2 years experience in acute care setting or currently enrolled in Nursing program preferred
• BCLS certification within 90 days of hire required
• CNA or CPCT certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with basic patient care and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Measure and record vitals and other data (height, weight, oxygen saturation, intake/output), report to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Assist patients with meals, bathing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Position patients and assist with walking using mobility aids as needed.
• Collect urine/stool samples and perform finger-stick blood glucose monitoring; document results.
