Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
• One year prior healthcare experience preferred.
• Certification programs acceptable: CNA, NCMA, NCPCT, US Navy Hospital Corps School, EMR/EMS/EMT/AEMT/Paramedic, or related clinical program.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Monitor vital signs and document changes accurately.
• Support mobility, ambulation, and safety of patients.
• Perform phlebotomy, point-of-care testing, and EKG testing.
• Assist with IV removal, specimen collection, and Foley catheter management.
• Report changes to the RN or medical staff promptly.
