Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in an acute care setting or currently enrolled in a Nursing program preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff in delivering care and maintaining a safe, organized environment.
• Collect and record vital signs and data, reporting findings to the RN/LPN/LVN.
• Assist with meals, bathing, grooming, linen changes, and mobility.
• Position patients, use mobility aids, and support activity of daily living.
• Maintain infection control and PPE protocols; participate in performance improvement and risk management.
