Job summary

Tufts Medicine is seeking a Clinical Care Technician to provide professional and nonprofessional nursing care under physician orders. You will assist with direct patient care, environmental support, and patient safety on designated units, under supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma and BLS certification, with preferred CNA/MA credentials and nursing fundamentals training. Per diem shifts begin after training, with a minimum of 4 shifts per month, including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS Certification required.
• CNA or MA certification preferred; nursing fundamentals course preferred.
• One year of related healthcare support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist professional nurse in patient care and communicate findings.
• Support activities of daily living and patient safety.
• Greet patients and respond to requests promptly under supervision.
• Record and report patient data to the nurse promptly.
• Prepare rooms, transfer patients, and assist with admissions/discharges.
