Job summary

Endeavor Health operates a network of hospitals and ambulatory locations across northern Illinois. The Patient Care Tech role at Evanston Hospital supports nursing staff in delivering safe, compassionate patient care and performing routine duties under the supervision of a registered nurse.

The position offers part-time hours (32 per week) with evening shifts, opportunities to participate in care planning, and a focus on safety and high-quality patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S. and completion of an accredited CNA training course preferred.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider required.
• 1 year of customer service or nursing assistant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of a RN to deliver patient care.
• Assist with vital signs and routine nursing tasks.
• Assist with patient care plan implementation and unit activities.
