Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston is seeking a Patient Care Tech to join our hospital team on the night shift. This part-time (32 hrs/wk) role works Monday–Friday, 11:00 pm–7:30 am with rotating weekends, under RN supervision to deliver direct patient care.

You will assist with vital signs, EKGs, specimen collection, bathing, mobility, discharge prep, and supporting the patient care plan, while promoting safety and a high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S. with CNA training preferred.
• Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
• 1 year of customer service or nursing assistant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care under RN supervision.
• Support vital signs, EKG, specimen collection, bathing, mobility, and hygiene.
• Aid discharge planning and patient transfers as directed.
• Assist with implementing patient care plans.
• Contribute to unit activities to ensure safe, high-quality care.
