Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider from American Heart Association.
• Fire Life Safety Training (LA City); obtain within 30 days of hire if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient call within 10 minutes.
• Provide RN with data related to patient assessment.
• Contribute to patient's plan of care and implement interventions.
• Maintain clean and organized patient rooms.
• Assist with meals and feeding; ambulation and transfers.
• Document care provided, including vitals, intake/output, and equipment used.
