Qualifications

• Req High School or equivalent.
• Pref 1 year experience in a health care setting.
• Req ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
• Req Certified Nursing Assistant (CA DPH).
• Req Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider from American Heart Association.
• Req Fire Life Safety Training (LA City); if no card upon hire, obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Responds to patient call within 10 minutes.
• Anticipates patients' needs and proactively makes rounds.
• Maintains organized patient rooms and assists with meals/feeding.
• Documents care provided, including vital signs and intake/output.
• Collaborates with RN on plan of care and communicates changes promptly.
