Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists nursing staff in delivering care, performing delegated basic patient care services, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Collects and records patient data including vital signs and reports findings to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Supports patients with meals, personal care, and activities of daily living.
• Assists with patient positioning, ambulation, and use of mobility aids.
• Collects samples and performs glucose monitoring as directed, documenting results.
