Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff in delivering care and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Record patient data including vitals and intake/output, reporting to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Assist with meals, bathing, grooming, and mobility aids for patients.
• Support patient mobility and use of walkers, crutches, or wheelchairs.
• Collect samples and perform glucose monitoring; document results for the medical team.
• Communicate patient information effectively to the care team and adapt to change.
• Maintain PPE usage and infection control protocols at all times.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and risk management.
