Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and basic hygiene.
• Record vital signs and measurements in the EHR.
• Support room preparation, restocking, and turnover to maintain clean environments.
• Assist with procedures and transport for patients as needed.
