Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate patient care and monitor vital signs.
• Assist with hygiene, mobility, wound care, and specimen handling.
• Support phlebotomy, EKGs, and Point of Care testing as needed.
• Assist with treatments per policy and document timely.
• Communicate effectively with team and patients; ensure safety and emergency procedures if needed.
• Work as part of a team to deliver quality care and participate in the care plan.
