Job summary

Baystate Health seeks a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support direct patient care on the unit. You will monitor vital signs, assist with daily activities, and prepare or assist in phlebotomy and EKG procedures under RN supervision.

Key duties include administering treatments, maintaining patient safety, and communicating clearly with the care team. GED or HiSET is required, with BLS and CNA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides age-appropriate care to patients.
