Job summary

Intermountain Health Park City Hospital is seeking a combined Patient Care Tech (PCT) and Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) to support the maternity unit. You will assist with patient care, admissions, and care coordination, while handling unit clerical duties under nursing leadership.

This full-time role offers a 36-hour week with 12-hour shifts, a mix of days, nights, weekends and holidays, and pay starting at $18.40 per hour with geographic differentials.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Utah.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes and delivers basic patient care (toileting, bathing, linens, feeding, comfort).
• Assists with admission, discharge and transfer of patients.
• Reports changes in patient condition promptly and records data.
• Collaborates with RN and team; performs clerical tasks as needed.
