Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care: toileting, bathing, linen changes, ambulation, and comfort measures.
• Report and record patient care findings promptly to RN.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to alarms and requests.
• Transport medications to RN and assist on clinical units.
• Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• May perform Health Unit Coordinator duties as needed.
• Follow safety policies and emergency procedures.
