Job summary

Mindful Health Solutions seeks a Patient Care Technician to deliver compassionate patient care in a high-volume outpatient psychiatric setting. You will administer TMS treatments, verify insurance information, schedule appointments, and handle administrative tasks with a focus on patient confidentiality and accuracy.

Requirements include BLS/CPR certification, strong communication, and proficiency with Word/Excel.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective patients.
• BLS/CPR certification required before start date and maintained throughout employment.
• Must multitask with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; strong data entry skills mandatory.
• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational abilities; team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care and build rapport with patients facing mental health challenges.
• Perform TMS treatments following physician protocols; set up, monitor, and document sessions.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Maintain schedules, patient demographics, and insurance information; verify coverage.
• Collect deductibles, co-insurance, and co-pays from patients; manage phone lines and emails.
• Scan documents and ensure record integrity in EMR software.
