Job summary
Intermountain Health in Grand Junction, CO, seeks a Patient Care Technician to support the patient care team on the Rehab - St Mary's Healthcare unit. Requires a Colorado CNA and BLS, plus basic computer literacy. Part-time shifts include one day and one night.

Qualifications
- Current Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Colorado.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
- Demonstrated basic computer literacy skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care including toileting, bathing, linen changes, and comfort measures.
- Report and record patient care findings promptly.
- Monitor patient condition and seek assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with RN and care team to ensure optimal patient care.
- May perform telemetry duties and assist as Health Unit Coordinator as required.
