Responsibilities

• Deliver basic patient care (toileting, bathing, feeding, comfort).
• Report changes in patient condition and document findings promptly.
• Assist with telemetry when required and monitor patients.
• Transport medications to RN as needed on unit.
• Collaborate with RN and team to ensure optimal care.
