Job summary

Ascension Saint Thomas Highlands in Sparta, TN seeks a full-time role in Behavioral Health to support patients across a range of conditions. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and contribute to comprehensive emotional and physical support in a compassionate team environment.

Minimum requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, with BLS certification within 30 days, and Nurse Aide preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Aide preferred.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
