Job summary

ProCare Medical Equipment in Meridian, ID is seeking a high-energy, solutions-driven Customer Service Representative to join our in-office team.

You will answer inbound calls, coordinate care, take orders, enter data, and support patients and providers with empathy and clear communication. The role requires strong computer skills, multitasking, and the ability to de-escalate tense conversations; on-site schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to de-escalate tough conversations with confidence and empathy.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer support.
• Make outbound calls to coordinate care, follow up, and solve issues.
• Take orders and accurately enter data into our systems.
• Coordinate deliveries with drivers to ensure timely service.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues over the phone.
• Educate customers on the right medical equipment for their needs.
• Communicate across departments to keep everything running smoothly.
• Support patients and providers through fast, effective problem-solving.
