Job summary

Accendra Health in Anaheim is seeking a patient-focused representative to deliver a positive customer service experience, educate patients on products and services, and place supply orders in a high-volume inbound call center.

You will listen to concerns, address issues, and work with patients, colleagues, healthcare professionals, and the sales team to meet KPI targets. 1-2 years of CS experience required; HS diploma; MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience is required.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and ability to navigate multiple platforms.
• Ability to learn brand products and therapies.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns.
• Demonstrate soft skills to enhance patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and process orders via fax and electronic platforms.
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed.
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry.
• Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates, healthcare professionals and sales team.
• Consistently meet required KPIs.
