Responsibilities

• Greet patients and collect copay/deductible/coinsurance; explain consent forms.
• Assist patients with iPad check-in and troubleshoot as needed.
• Recognize when language services are required and arrange them.
• Distribute films/CDs while maintaining HIPAA and privacy.
• Collaborate with technologists/radiologists to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries; manage daily setup for next day.
