Job summary

Binson's Medical Equipment & Supplies in Center Line, MI is hiring for a full-time Patient Services Associate to help patients navigate orders and ensure top-notch care. The role starts with in-person training in Center Line, followed by hybrid or remote work options after training.

You will handle high-volume calls, enter patient data into the Condor system, verify insurance, obtain physician orders, and keep patients and referral sources updated on order status.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain written orders from physicians, verify insurance coverage, and generate accurate orders.
• Make outbound calls to keep patients and referral sources updated on order status.

The Role: In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our patients, helping them navigate their orders, resolving their concerns, and ensuring they receive the highest level of care.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Location: Training conducted in Center Line, MI. Hybrid and remote options available after training.

What We're Looking For

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a polite and professional phone demeanor.
• Ability to confidently navigate a desktop computer and operate a multi-line phone system.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to comfortably manage a high volume of phone calls.
