Fast Pace Health in Kentucky is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to provide essential front-office support, greet patients, register, and coordinate insurance information while delivering outstanding customer service. The role requires a high school diploma, about 1 year of medical office experience, and proficiency with MS Outlook and Word.

You will handle billing basics, maintain patient flow, and support a team-focused clinic environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of medical office experience and basic insurance knowledge.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask in a busy clinic.
• Familiarity with MS Outlook and Word.

Responsabilités

• Greet, register, and discharge patients with high levels of service.
• Input patient demographics and financial information at registration.
• Verify and update patient insurance details at registration.
• Maintain knowledge of Medical Insurance Plans, co-pays, and coverage limits.
• Coordinate medical records by retrieving, faxing, or mailing as needed.
• Cross-train on back-office duties to support clinic operations.
• Answer phones with a polite, patient-centered approach.
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and assist with patient flow.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and training activities.
