Status: Full-Time, permanent position (40 hours)
Standard working hours: 8am to 5pm EST, M-F.
Location: Sentara Neurosurgery Specialists - Careplex, 4000 Coliseum Dr, Suite 200, Hampton, VA 23666.
As a Patient Care Specialist with Sentara Healthcare, you will provide non-clinical support within a physician's office, ensuring an excellent patient experience through a variety of administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and responding to patient inquiries. Teamwork is highly valued, with everyone working together to deliver the best care.
