Job summary

AEG is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to manage front desk operations, patient flow, and schedule optimization. You will coordinate with the care team to ensure a smooth patient experience from check-in to checkout.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, handling calls, confirming appointments, verifying insurance, and maintaining EMR data accuracy to support efficient care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance eligibility and patient demographics prior to appointments in EMR.
• Prepare patient charts and required documentation in advance of visits.
