Qualifications

• HS Diploma (Required).
• Associate level degree or higher in lieu of the required experience will be considered.
• 3 years of Customer Service experience (Required).
• 1 year of experience with Health Insurance Plans, Medical Records Data, Medical Terminology, Registration, Scheduling, or Third Party Payers (Required).

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and field patient questions.
• Schedule appointments and manage registrations.
• Support patient care delivery with administrative tasks.
