Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare exposure preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required or obtainable within timeframe.
• Basic medical terminology and data entry skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, creating a welcoming environment in person and remotely.
• Manage check‑ins, appointment inquiries, scheduling, confirmations, and reminders.
• Handle calls and emails, directing inquiries to appropriate staff as needed.
• Maintain organized front office and patient restrooms for cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with patient records, HIPAA compliant data handling, and confidentiality.
• Support clinic operations and patient flow with nursing/medical teams.
