Responsibilities

• Front-end revenue cycle tasks including check-in/check-out and collect/reconcile payments.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule and cancel appointments for new and existing patients.
• Complete initial registration with demographics and insurance information.
• Enter patients into the practice management system and notify clinical teams.
• Ensure pre-visit documentation or authorizations are obtained as needed.
• Educate patients about the patient portal and assist as needed.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and triage calls to staff.
• Maintain waiting areas in a neat and organized state.
