You will support the care team with patient communication, reminders, and documentation, while upholding confidentiality and a patient-centered service approach in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, customers, and vendors; act as the primary contact for patient interactions.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and manage emails professionally.
• Schedule patient appointments and support provider schedule optimization.
• Verify insurance eligibility and patient demographics; enter data in EMR.
• Prepare patient charts and documentation ahead of visits to support flow.
• Collect charges and payments; update balances and assist with claims.
