BenchMark Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Atlanta, GA Briarcliff clinic. This entry‑level front‑office role supports clinic growth by delivering friendly service, managing referrals, verifying insurance, scheduling visits, and handling payments.

The PCC‑I position emphasizes teamwork with the Clinic Director and collaboration across administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations and an inviting patient

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills

Responsabilidades

• Collect all money due at the time of service
• Convert referrals into evaluations
• Schedule patient visits
• Customer Service
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere
• Make all welcome calls
• Monitor and influence arrival rate through creation of a great customer experience
• Manage schedule efficiently
• Manage document routing
• Manage personal overtime
• Manage non-clinical documentation
• Manage deposits
• Manage caseload, D/C candidate, progress note, and insurance reporting
• Monitor clinic inventory
• Attend any required training with the Territory Field Trainers (TFT) for Raintree and other business process updates
• Complete quarterly compliance training
