BenchMark Physical Therapy in Roswell, GA, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC-I) to support clinic growth and patient intake processes. This full-time role partners with the Clinic Director to ensure efficient front desk operations and excellent patient service.

The PCC-I will greet patients, schedule referrals, verify insurance, and coordinate documentation while maintaining a welcoming clinic atmosphere.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Able to work with little supervision and meet deadlines.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients.
