Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients with professionalism, warmth, and empathy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient communication and scheduling.
• Ensure patients feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout their visit.
• Coordinate patient scheduling to maximize efficiency and clinical flow.
• Maintain accurate patient records, insurance information, and documentation.
• Prepare and audit patient charts for completeness and compliance.
• Collect and reconcile patient payments in accordance with financial policies.
• Manage inbound and outbound patient communications.
• Confirm appointments and proactively manage daily schedule flow.
• Coordinate referral correspondence with referring providers.
• Ensure the front office environment reflects NPOS professionalism and brand standards.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and practice policies.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, assistants, billing specialists, and leadership.
