Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and organized clinic experience.
• Assist with patient registration and scheduling to support the clinical team.
• Manage appointment scheduling, reminders, and patient records with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and families, coordinating between front desk and clinical staff.
