This full-time day-shift role in Montgomery, OH supports multiple sites and departments, emphasizing customer service and accurate record maintenance to enable timely care.

Qualifications

• High School Degree in Healthcare.
• Clerical background with general computer skills and knowledge in medical terminology.
• EKG
• Injections
• Venipuncture
• Performance of common lab tests according to CLIA guidelines and TriHealth policy.
• Experience in medical/physician office setting.

Responsibilities

• Schedule participants for specialist and routine appointments across multiple sites.
• Coordinate scheduling within nursing, transportation and therapy departments.
• Follow scheduling procedures and complete paperwork accurately.
• Relay messages promptly and communicate with customers and departments.
• Assist in coordinating patient flow for appointments and tests.
• Support physicians during examinations and treatments and maintain patient records.
