TriHealth’s TPP Gastroenterology team is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator and Medical Assistant to support scheduling across multiple departments and provide hands-on clinical support. This on-site role is based in Cincinnati, OH, with structured day shifts and no weekend obligations.

The ideal candidate brings clerical and medical office experience, knowledge of medical terminology, and skills in EKG, injections, and venipuncture.

Formación

• Clerical background with general computer skills and knowledge in medical terminology.
• EKG, injections and venipuncture experience.
• Experience in a medical/physician office setting and familiarity with lab procedures under CLIA.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret scheduling requests and schedule appointments across multiple departments.
• Manage participant flow across three sites and coordinate with nursing, transportation and therapy teams.
• Maintain medical records and assist physicians with examinations and treatments.
