Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check patients in at appointment, verify insurance and collect copays.
• Check patients out; schedule follow-ups, collect balances and co-insurance.
• Schedule imaging and labs and enter orders into EHR.
• Cross-cover scheduling across all locations.
• Weekly recall calls and reminders per guidelines.
• Process scheduling tasks in the practice management system.
