Sentara Rheumatology Specialists is seeking a full-time Patient Care Representative in Hampton, VA. This role focuses on the registration process for new and existing patients, completing check-in/check-out duties, collecting co-pays, scheduling appointments, and requesting medical records.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and prior customer service experience. Excellent phone etiquette, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinic

City/State Hampton, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Sentara Rheumatology Specialists is now hiring a full-time Patient Care Representative in Hampton, VA! Hours Monday - Thursday 8:00AM - 5:00PM Friday 7:30AM - 4:30PM

Overview As a Patient Care Representative with Sentara, you will be responsible for registration process of new and current patients at the site. Primary responsibility will focus on completing check-in and check-out functions to include collection of co-pays, scheduling of appointments, and requests for medical records. Answers telephone calls and greets all patients and visitors with a smile.
