The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and prior customer service experience. Excellent phone etiquette, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinic

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with patient registration, check-in/check-out, scheduling, and medical records requests is a plus.
