CoxHealth at Home is seeking a Patient Care Representative III to support in-home delivery and education of durable medical equipment and supplies. You may work in customers' homes, Home Support offices, or clinics, providing reliable, compassionate service.

Responsibilities include triaging calls, coordinating referrals, and maintaining inventory and warehouse processes, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience: No prior experience required.
• Skills: Proficient with computer/phone systems; strong communication.

Mansioni

• Deliver and educate on durable medical equipment and supplies.
• Provide 24-hour/day coverage for Home Support customers.
