Job summary

CoxHealth in Missouri is seeking a Medical Equipment Delivery Educator to deliver, set up and educate customers on durable medical equipment in homes, clinics or hospital settings. You will coordinate orders using office systems and provide patient-centered support.

The role requires the ability to work with a team, maintain regulatory compliance, and provide clear instruction to customers. A Class E driver’s license is required within 30 days of hire, with 24/7 coverage expectations for Home

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• No prior experience is required.
• Ability to use computer/software systems and the phone to transmit orders.
• Must obtain Class E Driver’s License within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and set up durable medical equipment and supplies.
• Educate customers in home settings, clinics or hospitals about equipment use.
• Provide 24-hour/day coverage to Home Support customers and triage calls.
• Follow CoxHealth Home Support policies and safety procedures.
