Job summary

CoxHealth at Home seeks a Medical Equipment Delivery Educator to deliver and educate customers on durable medical equipment in homes, clinics, or offices. You will set up devices, train patients or caregivers, and ensure accurate order processing and documentation.

Education requires a high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience is not mandatory. You will be part of the Home Support team, coordinating with departments to ensure safe, compliant care delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• No previous experience required.
• Must be able to use computer/software systems and phone system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up and educate customers on durable medical equipment (DME).
• Provide 24/7 coverage to Home Support customers and triage calls.
• Maintain knowledge of respiratory and DME equipment and safety procedures.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines (DOT, OSHA, Joint Commission) and CoxHealth Home Support policies.
