CoxHealth is hiring a Patient Care Representative III for Home Support in Springfield, MO. You will be responsible for delivery, setup and education of durable medical equipment in customer homes, clinics, or hospital settings. Provides around-the-clock coverage to Home Support customers and triage calls effectively.

Strong computer and phone system skills are required. Familiarity with regulatory agencies and CoxHealth Home Support policies is essential for compliant service delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No previous experience required.
• Must use computer/software systems and phone system to transmit orders.
• Familiar with DOT, Joint Commission, OSHA, FDA regulations and CoxHealth policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up and educate customers on durable medical equipment and supplies.
• Provide 24/7 coverage to Home Support customers and triage calls.
• Handle referral intake and warehouse duties as assigned.
